About Us

Since I (Vikki) took over from my mother back in 2015, Creature Comforts has grown from strength to strength due to the wonderful loyalty and support from the Beckenham community.

I have added new lines in the past 5 years and through food and product research, feel able to give helpful advice which I’ve noticed is very important in the concern and well being of owners little furry loves.

Natasha, who also works part time for Creature Comforts has been with us for the last few years and even did her work experience at Creature Comforts many many moons ago.

Our ethos is to supply good quality foods, accessories and to offer genuine helpful advice. If we don’t have what you want in stock then we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

Creature Comforts has been established now for over 20 years and has weathered recessions and being able to be open all through lockdown.
